New Post-Result Process (2025 Update)
CBSE has introduced a revised and more transparent system for post-result activities. Now, the sequence of steps has been updated as follows:
- Obtaining Photocopy of Evaluated Answer Book
- Verification of Marks or Revaluation or Both
Previously, the process began with verification of marks. Now, students must first apply for the photocopy of their answer book, and only then can they proceed for verification or revaluation.
How the Updated System Works:
- Step 1: Apply for Photocopy
Students can view their evaluated answer books, remarks by the examiner, and identify any errors before applying for corrections. - Step 2: Decide What to Do Next
After reviewing their answer copy, the student may:- Apply for Verification of Marks (checking for totaling or unmarked answers)
- Request Revaluation of specific questions
- Opt for both options
This change ensures better transparency and gives students more control over their rechecking requests.
